End of Month Review for February 2014:
Neck-1/2' loss...Arms-1 1/2' loss...Bust-3"loss(off back :D )...Waist-1 1/2" loss...Hips-2 1/4"loss...Thighs-3/4"loss... Body Fat-1.73% loss...BMI- 3.4 loss(still considered obese but I *feel* so much slimmer!)
What I have learned the past few days:
--When I eat low carb meals consisting of 100 sugar cal's or less my hot flashes disappear & my body literally *feels* slimmer.I also feel energetic & happier.
--When I consume more than 100 sugar cal's in a day my hot flashes return & my body is sluggish & I immediately regret what I have done to myself.
--When I eat the foods I have been *weaning* myself from since September the taste no longer appeals to me & thus I am not "enslaved" to it any longer!
--When I abstain rather than moderate a food I'm addicted to it is easier for me to stick to the healthy habits I'm establishing!
--Sometimes it takes actually experiencing the facts to fully understand the lesson!
