So my first time to a gym was on the 20th of this month, they weighed me and took my body fat percentage. I went in this evening so they could get my measurements so in a month they can look back and check out my progress, weeeeeeelllllll....They checked my BF again and I lose 1% of pure BF! Wootness, Which means I've lost 8lbs of pure BF in 6 days. On the 20th I weighed 247 and right now I'm at 245, which means I dropped down two 239 but I gained muscle weight which puts me at 245. This was awesome news and a great self esteem booster!!!
