Well I guess Mondays weigh in and journal entry decided to disappear on me. I think it was the universe saying to wait...since I was at 168 Monday after a 3100 calorie Sunday at the mall of america. I kind crashed, burned, rolled to a stop in the dirt on the whole sugar thing, but the volcano 🌋 brownie ice cream thing was just toooooo tempting to say no to, and the macarons, and the truffles... Anyway I'm back on track as of Monday and seeing better results 😁
