How I'm Doing It: It's Not a Diet, It's a LIFESTYLE...
No soda.
No booze.
+Water. Water. Water.
+1-1.5 cups/day coffee allowed.
Multivitamin daily
Basically a plant based diet. I make a meal or juice fruits+veggies.
I get moving more. Walking is still so wildly underestimated.
I allow treats with absolutely no regrets.
I journal.
I don't make excuses.
I remain GRATEFUL that I am alive and I get another shot at the title.

That's a winning game plan. At least for me. To diet insinuates I will go on or go off. But when it's a lifestyle I continue on in the journey. Amazing story.

Anything/everything we eat is a DIET. Diet does not mean starvation. Unless, it's prescribed by a doctor/dietitian in order to prevent illness/allergies. Otherwise, diet just means for each individual what we make our daily routine/choices for our meals.
