So, I recorded my weight today because it went down. LOL I didn't eat as much yesterday as I have been and I was proud of myself. But what this means is that I CAN probably do this everyday and I just make up excuses of why I don't. However, sometimes, I really am ravenous and feel starved! I didn't exercise yesterday and I always feel badly when I don't, even though I am 29 weeks pregnant. My husband says I am too hard on myself. But I just don't want to get lazy. My body aches and is sore a lot even though I don't workout. Today, for example, I feel as though I have done a million squats. I am going to set a goal to walk at least 3 times a week for the remainder of my pregnancy...or do light elliptical on rainy days and not push myself too hard. I think I have been pushing too hard and then getting worn out for the rest of the week. So, I have one good workout and then none for the rest of the week. We will see what happens.
