Very nice. Something that also helps is focusing on what you can accomplish once you kit a goal. Like your strong enough to... or feel confident in a swimsuit. I did all kinds of diets at your age. Nothing really changed until I focused on well balanced and not cutting things out. And appreciating where I am now. You are beautiful! Don’t forget to celebrate that.

Those are all such great reminders. The road to true weight maintenance is not so much about motivation, that only lasts for a certain length of time, but about laying the groundwork for building the habit.. a habit being something that you do automatically without having to think about it all the time. That is how you get through the daily grind. Healthier eating most of the time and less healthy, or less conducive to achieving and maintaining your goal, once in a while. Portion control and moderation are helpful practices to master.

This is a wonderful visual motivator.
I told myself I’d go buy a one year old birthday balloon and hang it on my fridge every time I loose one pound in a day. Well I might have made that goal too hard. Lol
