I lost 50 of the 90 lbs I needed to lose within 6 months. Since then I have bounced back and forth 5 lbs . the last 4 months. It's my own fault because I haven't been tracking or adhering to my calories or nutrient equation. I am still not eating any forms of grain or sugar. Sounds like a failure, huh? I don't feel that way. I do want to get back to the business of losing weight but I have never been able to not count calories, points, or something and hold my weight steady. I feel so much better not being bloated and stiffly (like allergies). I don't think I will ever go back to eating the old way.
