I have recently decided enough is enough with the weight gain. I had my daughter in September 2009 and gained 20 pounds post baby. I know it was because I ate what I wanted, when I wanted! I am often out of breathe when do simple task such a walking up a flight of stairs or playing with my princess. I want to be healthy and know it is time to do something about it. I have determined cutting, counting calories and exercising is the way for me. I am excited about my decision and will use this determination to improve myself financially as well!
