I read this as stinky when i was scrolling by. I was like, “what?” And then i put my glasses on.

1/4 c brown sugar
3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground garlic
1 tbsp canola oil
Pepper to taste
2 chicken breasts
In a Ziploc bag, mix the first 5 ingredients. Add the chicken and shake to coat. Marinade at least 30 minutes in the fridge (I usually marinade it a few hours). Heat skillet to medium heat. Spray with non stick spray. Add chicken (reserve the marinade we'll be using it again) cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side. Place the chicken on a plate. Add the reserved marinade to the skillet, bring to boil, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the cooked chicken back to skillet and turn to coat. Serve.

You can serve the chicken over rice or cauli'rice. And drizzle the sauce on top. Because I like using the chicken for salad, I put the cooked chicken in a container, pour the sauce over it and refrigerate it until I'm ready to use it.
