Had red meat yesterday, didn't expect a large loss. I am happy at the jump in total body water. That is an indication of lean muscle mass. So I clearly lost body fat and increased lean muscle mass despite a low weight loss. It's a win win.

Fish and chicken are the proteins of the day. Let's see if my theory plays out.
