Day 15. Completed my Fat Secret weigh-in earlier this morning; it's amazing how good I felt the rest of the day. This weekend will be a challenge though, so I need to be on my toes. Can't let myself slack too much.

What kind of job requires a weigh in? Yuck. Glad you get to retire soon. Good for you on facing the challenge of the weekend. I think a lot of us go through that.
