Is there a way to see how thin I will be if I follow this same diet, will it tell me in months how long I have to wait according to my food log to be skinny??lol. I am new to this site. just wondering. thanks! and congrats on loosing 5 lbs!!

Casey, I just take a paper calendar and figure that at the rating I'm losing (2 pounds a week), it will take me about 6 more months to lose the other 53.5 pounds I have to lose. However, I try not to look at it too big like that. In the back of my mind, I think, "By my birthday in July, no one will recognize me!" And I say things like, "By Easter, I'll be down another 20 pounds." Things like that help me a lot. Have fun here. It's a great place to stay motivated and lose the weight and keep it off!
