Here i am again amending my food diary. As crazy as it seems I am still not hungry. I had a late lunch and a warm cup of almond milk...... I don't need my planned meal since the idea is to eat when I am hungry. I am not sure how many turns I am going to meet on this journey or how many hills I will climb or how many times I will doubt whether or not I can do this or how many times I will feel so good that I will be sure that I am invincible ... one thing I do know for sure is that I am going to finish this and I will claim my health ...it will be mine!
