Ate everything I wanted for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Since Covid, I gained 34 lbs. I tried JJ Smith’s green smoothies and lost 11 lbs in 10 days. Now I am counting calories. This is something I have never tried. No gym, so I am walking every day and pulled out my old workout tapes. My goal is to get back to my pre-covid weight!!
