I would like to lose 100 lbs but i am setting my goal to 40 lbs at first.I am an uncontroled diabetic with heart disease.I just want someone to encourage me often.I have a roomie who is a large person and eats a lot but is not a diabetic so i see him eat things i should not.I buy my own food but i have very little storage and it is a 30 mile round trip to the nearest grocery store.I just started with a new doctor hopely she can help me get started and make healthy meals out of what i can afford.I was a yoyo dieter my entire life but when my health failed and become less active 14 years ago i kept gaining more and more.
