I understand & can relate to the 'struggle'! I also have been at a stand still OR up in the IT Box (scale) and just my general well-being. I was off my plan so I know it is due to that. Just can't figure WHY I had such intense cravings and would eat anything & everything in sight! I also decided to go on a plan I was on when I was younger that would get my body going to direction I want. It is a 4 day diet and so far seems to be doing well (but it is only day 2!) I'm listing the meals on this site. Let us know what works for you.
