Another nice ski day. Should have thought my workout better yesterday. My core is too sore to ski constantly. I keep having to rest cause my stomach muscles would hurt so much it feels like something is ripping. I’ll do better next week.

Don't forget to do warm-ups b4 and cool down before your stretching afterwards....

Thanks slow meta. Does shoveling snow after count as a cool down? I got home after skiing and saw I had a lot of shoveling to do.

@freetime you know if you would have told me this was exercise when I was younger I would laugh cause I never got sore or tired. Now I can barely walk the next day. Lollll
