Made it to Cardio Yoga class yesterday. :) And going to another Heat class tonight. Need to get in 3 miles too today if I can, so I might hit the gym a bit early today and get some walking in before the class. Seems the treadmills there get taken up pretty quick around 5pm. Had chicken salad and a cup of skinny cow icecream. So yummy. For breakfast this morning I had a banana, coffee with creamer, and a nature valley fruit and nut bar. I forgot to try the greek yogurt that I bought this morning. Ah well. I'll make sure to eat it tomorrow for breakfast with blueberries and a strawberry or two. Yum! :)

With the gym twice this week, and trying the 30 day shred over the weekend, my thighs and butt have been in a constant state of achiness. And my shoulders are really getting hit hard at the gym classes. I did manage to do a back bend in Cardio Yoga though and I got my heels to the floor in downward facing dog for the first time since high school. I really need to work on the plank exercises we did though. I know I'll improve over time as my arms get stronger and my body weighs less.

And now I'm heading to the gym to get some miles in on the treadmill. And then Heat class later on this afternoon.
