I read an article written by an overwieght man at NASA. Who worked out that what Michael Phelps ate, he could not burn off by swimming alone. So he experiemented in his office but turning the air confitioning down a few degrees and started losing weight. It is all about shivering, your body will do anything to kep it warm. So being outside is great, wrap up warm and workhard in the cold and it will move a small amount of extra weight and start to reduce the inches!!!
