Intermittent fasting may be a bit hard to keep, but on those days I usually plan a busy schedule and something interesting to do. My future dinner: protein, greens, and healthy oils: Calorie Breakdown: Carbohydrate (8%) Fat (67%) Protein (25%) That would include a dessert too!
