Finished a Leslie Sansone 4 mile workout. I have also been using stretching workouts led by Coach Mary and Michelle Hong. Their stretches are geared more for dancers and figure skaters, but their workouts are also helpful for beginners.

I have been eating more salads and fruit. I have gone a month without soda, and have been drinking water with some lemon slices and jasmine green tea.

DC is expecting snow later this weekend. I attended a virtual Founder's Day Firelight Festival (Gilmore Girls Fan Fest), so I decorated parts of my home. Hope everyone is safe and warm!
