Day 2. Reviewing the final numbers for the day, I'm quite pleased. I have found that "staying ahead" of the hunger helps keep discomfort at bay and enforces my focus on self-care through healthy eating habits. My eating regime (thus far) is something akin to the concept of eating five small meals a day. I'm trying to eat every 2-3 hours; a large grapefruit really does the trick in between meals. I noticed I ate 30 grams of fiber today! I'm confident the fiber played a huge role in my satiated feeling throughout the day. 88 more days to go.
