I made two big mistakes this past week. Number one I mistakenly got in my head the number of calories I needed to eat was more than it should have been. Come to find out I was eating my hubby's calorie intake. Grrrrr. Number two I ate too much junk food. Even though I knew better because I "thought" I was eating the right amount of calories I could eat junk food I found out when the weight didn't drop. Thankful I didn't gain any more. Bet your bottom dollar this week I will be more on track.
