Ignore my weight entries. Not sure what’s going on but I’ve gained 5# since the end of October. I’ve had a 9000 cal surplus in that time so should’ve been a max of a 3# gain. Usually I can go over 2-3k per month and be fine. I’ve went over 2k so far this month and had a 2# gain. Gotta be water or something. I know I’ve been drinking more pop lately so maybe that’s it.
