I'm baaaack....
Think this is the longest I've been away. Too long-according to the scale. Will have official weigh in tomorrow.

My friend died in December and I think that was the final straw. Just could not keep it all together. No excuses though...life goes on and what is the point of being unhealthy and feeling bad about myself on top of everything else? No point whatsoeva! So I am back. Baby steps.

Welcome back and I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I can empathize with you. It is still important to take care of yourself throughout your recovery process though and getting the support you need - even if online - will definitely help. Reach out if you need!
