So angry at myself for gaining all this weight back!
I went from 204 to 155, and gained it all back!!
I started back on healhy eatting a few days ago, and am now at 195. I'm going to use that as my starting weight here. Here we go again, with 50 lbs to lose!

I'm going to try to eat a lot of fresh foods, and since I'm finishing my masters I spend all my extra time doing homework so I can't hit the gym very much right now so instead I'm working on fitting in more general movement per day - got my pedometer on to motivate me! Will have to do walks and Wii Fit etc for now! Two class to go and I will have my free time back! But there is no reason to "wait" until then to get started!
