Today will be a hard day for eating. I have to work today from 10am till 7pm. Of course I had breakfast around 8 am. I will not be able to have a snack until 12:30. Lunch will be somewhere between 2pm. I will get another snack around 4pm. Since I don't get off until 7 and not home until around 7:30 it makes it hard for me to eat a meal that late. By the time I fixed a meal it would be 8:30 or later.

Since I would have only 912 calories for the day I know I need to eat more. Guessing the best thing I could do it make a smoothie but would rather have something solid.

Any idea's

is it possible to cook your meal ahead and have the 'dinner' meal @ lunch?

Its always tough when managing time. How about having a nice healthy soup - either tinned or something you have made up prior for dinner. Makes it easy just to warm up. Soups are my back up when I have little time. Or a healthy sandwich and top up the calories with advocado harsh on the calories but so many great health benefits! Im sure you will be able to work something out - hope you have a great day)
