Finally broke down to 225 - my first goal! I find that having hot Indian or Japanese on Fridays gets things going! I also think that when I eat too much low cal, my weight just doesn't move, or actually increases a bit. It may be part of the loss process. But when I eat hot food, increase calories, and then go back to eating less, that is when I tend to see a more significant weight loss.

Christmas is coming and I'm nervous. One day at a time. This is like being an alcoholic, only with food. Not easy, but I do feel a LOT better with these 25 lbs. off me. Next weight goal: 200 by Easter!
