Ok well this morning my legs are killing me and it's cold. Having fibro with that really sucks and I just wanna cry. However I lounged around this morning until my legs got warmed up and then did another 10 minutes on the treadmill. This time I used the weight loss setting and it about killed me. At 5 minutes in it went to a 10% incline at 3 mph. Honestly I had to stop for about 10 seconds and then went right back into it. I am sweating like a pig. I am not giving up though. I can do this. I am also going to start with some resistance bands that I bought a while back. Will work on my arms for the most part to begin with. Well be getting back on this afternoon for another go around with the treadmill. Will still be aiming for 12 minutes as I didn't make it this morning. Have a great day all!!!
