Just read this on MSN... http://healthyliving.msn.com/weight-loss/10-little-excuses-that-prevent-weight-loss AND IT IS SOOOO TRUE!!!!! These are the little ways we sabotage our weight loss goals and then get frustrated when we don't lose, or start to actually gain a bit! I'm guilty of the "grabbing an extra bite"...I think I'll start dishing out our dinner, and IMMEDIATELY put the extras away, not leave them out in case the hubby wants more. He's trying to lose weight, too, so it will stop him from overindulging with seconds (and sometimes thirds...HEY, I'm a good cook, what can I say? rofl) and it will stop me from grabbing that extra bite (OK OK, or TWO) as I pass through the kitchen to other rooms in the house. Now, the hard part...making this a new habit! ;)
