my goal to the end of the year is to keep working on changing the bad binge habit back to a normal eating schedule. Eat slowly, mindfully, and don’t stress too hard! The food’s not going anywhere.

I need to have this in my head. My weight is 95 lbs, though, so I'll try to stay there or lose sme more. Hopefully lose because I want to become underweight. hehe
