Thanks Jenny. And wifey, sorry, I didn’t mean to give the impression those were the only ingredients- just that those things help with improving flavor overall as some folks don’t care for it. You could look up a food network or New York Times recipe for it and experiment with swapping out various ingredients to suit taste.
