OK, it's time to get this weight issue under control. I need to start getting some exercise, mostly by walking the dogs more. They run all over the fenced in front yard and are nice and trim and I watch them and I'm up to 212. By next New Year's day i will be back down to the weight I was at when I left USMC active duty at 160#. I also need to eat a bit less ice cream for desert. Actually, I need to eat a bit less everything, particularly for desert. I'm guessing giving up deserts altogether would take care of a third or more of the weight loss I'm looking for.

Long past time to get this done.
