Unfortunately, today, despite having weighed myself, I didn't log it right away and I ended up forgetting it lol. It happens.

I have written down most food I ate today so I have a tremendous logging work ahead of me and I'm still going to decide if I'm up to it or not lol. Next time I can't let the list build up so much.

Exercise seems to be evading me lately lol. I'm laughing but this is serious stuff! Similarly to what usually happens with food logging, I will postpone exercise until it's just too late in the day and I feel too tired... I have to discipline myself to exercise as early as possible in the day.
