Hi! I am new here! I was reading over posts and seems very supportive. I started my journey of losing weight in the beginning of October when my weight hit 239lbs. it was by far the biggest I had ever been in my life. I was embarrassed to go anywhere. Ashamed. my turning point was when I was doing a gender reveal live on FB for my best friend and people were asking if I was the one pregnant. I have lost almost 26lbs since the beginning of October by doing nothing but calorie counting and drink 3-4 cups of green tea per day. I am excited about where this is heading. Anyway, hello!
