Yes! Today I lost, not only the 300g I regained, but also an additional 1 kg! I am glad to see that I am still well on my way!
Tonight is Christmas eve. That means good friends and family, and of course - great food.
I have decided that tonight I will not count as such. However, I WILL evaluate what I eat in rough estimates. No scale on the table, though I WILL record it on in my food diary, so I later can come back and see what I did.
I think I can do that without it being too much in the way. Thankfully, people around me fully support me and understand what I am doing.
Tonight, I will not care if I go over my points, however, I will try to do good.
