That was me last week and the one before. Once I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was able to correct it and start back losing weight. Since you already know, it'll be much easier. You've got this!💪🏽😊

Start a stricter log of what you are eating and calories consumed versus calories worked off. Do you exercise?

Choochoo, I agree with Diana. I looked at your Food Diary and you haven't logged a meal since August 18th. The best way to reach success is by logging every meal and comparing it with your activity each day. You ask what are you doing wrong. I think it might be because you are not logging what you consume. Fatsecret is very helpful when trying to determine how many calories we eat every meal and day. Myself, I wear an activity tracker to help me determine how many calories I'm burning each day. By crunching those numbers I'm able to determine what areas of my way of eating that I need to improve. Calories In vs. Calories Out. Good luck!!!

One more thing I like to mention is that FS has an app you can use on your phone where ever you go. It's great for when we are on the go and away from home. I prefer the online version because I can see more detail. They both complement each other. You got this!!!

one thing I'm going to try is focus on my routine not how much im losing or gaining. that is pretty difficult when you want to check and make sure you are doing the right steps but it makes many of us overanalyze and lose focus of the main goal, being healthy (actively exercising) our bodys and minds. 💜 you got a friend in me ✌

Been a few rounds on the pitty train myself. IDK what it that makes that "all aboard" so tempting. Always A miserable trip. Yet I still get on.
