The day did not start out the way I planned. I took my SUV in for regular service and found out that I need new winter tires and back brakes ... grrrrrrrrr! Left after three hours because they also had to change my front driver headlight too ... grrrr! Appointment made for Tuesday to change tires, brakes and do an undercoat for winter! Oh well - cie la vie! I missed my morning weigh-in today so I will just have to do that tomorrow. Taking my girls to see the new movie "Frozen" in 3D this evening. I will have to make sure I eat something before I go because the smell of popcorn is a huge trigger for me (but not if I have a full stomach). I will start my weigh-in again tomorrow morning even though restarted my food diary yesterday.

You could sneak in a bag of healthy popcorn! Tires are a pain, did my wife's last year but essential safety item and best to get the best. Welcome back to getting on track with your food entries.

Thanks drinkwaterx4. It's good to be back to my routine of recording my food. It keeps me honest! Yes indeed about the snow tires. I won't take a chance with my family's safety for sure ... I must tell you I was annoyed when I received the estimate... YIKES!! But I know you can't put a price on safety so the sticker shock was short lived :)

rockytu: I love popcorn ... unfortunately I often overindulged in the past. The movie theatre popcorn is probably the worse .. so I like drinkwaterx4 idea of sneaking in a healthy kind .. hehehehehe!
