Back to reality - my business trip to Switzerland is over. I will update my food diary today. As of tomorrow I am back to my daily weigh-ins and updating my food diary. I am so curious to see the impact of my trip, different foods and my eating pattern on my weight. It has been a great trip and a wonderful food adventure. I learned that I can stay on low carb even when I travel. I also learned that my sugar addiction does not define me. I was in the land of temptation and I did not succumb. Now I will be back to reality and looking forward to tracking my continued journey to good health and wellness. BIG ROAR!!
