Amazing. I had hit a long (weeks) plateau and just read to eat much higher calories for a few days, which I did. Plateau eradicated! Reminds me of my big weight loss in the past where I ate very little during the week and a lot on weekends....and it worked. Will continue to do this over the next month and see where I land.
