I find it quite hard to stay consistent, as time goes by I find it hard to do my workout but every day I go through everyone's post on this app and it honestly motivates me, reminds me that I'm not alone. I think the best part of my weight loss so far is my family being shocked and so happy when they see, feels good and motivating to know your hard work is paying off, I can't really see a difference but that's because I see myself daily. Also how my confidence has gone up so much, I used to hate people taking full body pics now I practically jump at the opportunity. Think the hardest part of this journey is that I lost 3 of my closest friends, now that I dont give them so much attention I feel forgotten, but I made a new friend and he is so supportive and I love it.
