it’s been a while since i wrote a journal entry here. I have binged a lot (a LOT) in the last two months, and probably gained most of my weight back, but i have also been making exercise and strength improvements. The main goal is to stop thinking about restricting food all the time, and work on mindful eating habits!

I learned a lot in the last year and a half. I don’t think I should feel ashamed of the weight i gained back (though the shame is there) because i KNOW i learned so much through this entire path so far. Taking each day at a time! 别着急,慢慢来~
