no potato. They will be roasted on the BBQ
the recepie is
tsp seschuan pepper
tsp mustard seed
tsp nigella seed
tsp black sesame
tsp sesame seed
tsp flax seed
all separately and lightly ground then mixed
tsp hemp seed
tbs nutritional yeast
this is a batch
mix with apple cider vinegar
and agave syrup to taste before serving
