Tuesday I had only dinner (I almost always do intermittent fasting, but I thought I'd try a lower calorie version). That dinner was 840 calories. The next day I felt normal.

The following day I had 822 calories (Dinner with a piece of fruit). Then today I felt completely exhausted and decided 800 calories is too low for me, so I tried 1200 calories today instead. I guess I'll see if that helps. I guess I was just anxious to rush results. (Who isn't?)

The scale has went down 5 lbs, but I'm not sure if that really means anything, as body weight can change daily...

I guess we shall see what happens.


How do you guys find the lowest number that works for you and how do you know if you're not eating enough?
