YEEEEOWZA!! Who put all the heavy weights on me when I started to do the 10x10x10 challenge exercises????? Goodness gracious, but these are tough. How did my arms get so weak? Why is even 1 situp a major effort? I got through about 10 reps of 7 exercises, but for the remaining 3, I'll be lucky to get a handful done. And, as for full push-ups, well, MAYBE I can do 2 by the end of the week without touching down in between. I think my heart rate was higher doing these "simple" exercises than doing the 3.1 miles I walked this AM!

This just kills me as these are all basic elementary school gym exercises that I OUGHT to be able to do, no problem. Well, I guess I'll concentrate on "improvement." Good thing I signed up for this challenge, as I need to be able to do these and have that minimum level of strength. Man, I didn't think I was THAT weak and out-of-shape, but I guess I am.

Sandy your not weak. It just that those areas are not conditioned yet. You will do it. They are not elementary school exercises either. I know, I know, you see folks talking about all the exercising that they do, but they are conditioned or are conditioning themselves to be stronger. You can too. Be patient with yourself. At least you are moving and that is all that matters. Hope you had a wonderful day my friend.:)

Laurie, thanks for the encouraging thoughts. Patient is what I'll have to be because I'm not going to set any records doing these. LOL!
