Good Monday morning. Exercised yesterday and did housework but gained 3 pounds. Shot! I am going in the wrong direction and not getting enough sleep. Today is another day. Stay safe and motivated. 😷🤗🙏

I always gain weight after heavy activity. I have very reactionary muscles, which swell-up & hold onto water like you can't believe! After 3 days, & when the muscle soreness is on its way out, I drop the weight.

My scale doesn't move in the right direction unless I sleep! You are doing the right things, it will work, I know how deflating the scale be, but you got this!
