Happy Tuesday! I cant believe it's the end of September already. This month went quickly. And now I noticed I'm plateau-ing. This happened last year then I gained 5 back. I need to figure out how to fix this plateau so I can reach my goal by the end of this year. And of course as soon as I realized I plateau-ed I got sick. I had a migraine on Sunday and spent the evening 🤢 and fell a sleep on the bathroom floor. Upside - I lost 2 pounds; downside - I gained it back once I rehydrated 😐. So now I'm still to weak to work out. I finally made it into work which was difficult since I'm not a 100%. I probably should have worked from home. Hopefully tomorrow I can resume exercising. It sucks getting sick or being injured when you're on a journey to lose weight. It can really affect your intentions and goals!

Now time to really figure our how to get back down in a healthy way. Fingers crossed🤞.. wish me luck!!
