I’ve been eating great since yesterday! Smoothie for breakfast, poke bowl for lunch, some snacks or matcha lattes, and either fruit or chicken and veggies for lunch. Very healthy! I realized the reason I’ve been craving junk food all the time was because I wasn’t eating healthy food that I crave and love. That is a great way to be satisfied and be happy to be on a yummy diet! Less stress!
