Tried kinoa for the 1st time! I was pretty good, cooked with chicken tenders, onions, carrots, mashrooms and soy sause! What's your favorite kinoa recipe?

It's a pretty versatile grain, I cook it in meat or veg. stock depending on how I plan on using it. Makes a great power bowl with veg, meat or egg, cheese and beans etc.. I have even had it as a breakfast with fruit, nuts and a bit of fat free half and half.

Really nice. I love it's translucent and delicate nature. And it pairs well with EVERYTHING you can imagine. Yummy 💞

I usually heat up a little avacado oil, add seasonings, toast the quinoa for a little bit before adding water! Lots of flavor, I add cilantro or dill (depending on the meal)- with chicken or shrimp.
