I have found a lot of food triggers the last couple of weeks. The worst one I have is flour and grain when I eat bread or pasta or Bagels. The next one is dairy. I don't seem to do well with cheese of any kind and I don't do well with egg yolks. I just tried regular eggs and I can't do that, so I just tried the whites and there was no reaction. I will eat protein and vegetables, with a small amount of a fruit. The sugar in this fruit tends to cause my blood sugar to go up which is not a good thing for me. I will stay away from starchy vegetables. They also turn to sugar. This is a learning process.
